In Japan we know the rice which is rolled by seaweed named a sushi. In Korea a there is a similar rice rolls like sushi called kimbab. The first time I know kimbab while I was shoped in Lottermart Jakarta and I tried some kimbab and it tasted unique and delicious.
Kimbab is made by white rice (bap), rolled together with egg, cucumber, spinach, carrots and other ingredients such as kimchi, canned tuna. Rice and ingredients are rolled up into seaweed and cut into bite sized, and the roller made from bamboo. Can you image it ? It makes me hungry ^^
