Namsan Padlock, lock your love here ^^

Mt. Namsan is a 262 meter peak in the Junggu-gu district of south central Seoul. It offers some hiking, recreation and views of downtown Seoul, it is a popular spot for a panoramic view of Seoul. The mountain area is a public park maintain by the government. The N Seoul tower is located on the top of Mt. Namsan.


N Seoul Tower or has been known as a Seoul Tower or Namsan Tower is a communication and observation tower, built in 1969 and opened for public in 1980. This tower is the symbol of Seoul.














There is an interesting place to go in The N Seoul Tower, thousands of love padlocks can be seen hanging on the fences around in an expansive outdoor observatory. Lovers believe if they put the padlock on the fence will brings them luck and happily long term relationship.

Directions

1) From Chungmuro Station (subway lines 3 & 4), use exit #2 and take bus #2 to N Seoul Tower (08:00 to 24:00 / every 8 min / 15 min travel time)
2) From Itaewon Station (subway line #6), use exit #4 and take bus #3 to N Seoul Tower (08:00 to 23:00 / every 10 min / 15 min travel time)
