Korean Recipe : How to Make Baechu-kimchi

Baechu-kimchi is made by fermenting brined Korean cabbage with Korean radish, vegetables, salt-fermented seafood, ground red pepper and various seasonings. This is a very healty food.
I will try to make kimchi, someday ^^
